Busy!

Busy times. After a good concert with the Southern Stars Symphonic Brass last night, I'm now at the airport in Nashville heading to Tampa, FL. Rehearsal with the USF tuba/euphonium ensemble at noon, concerto read-through with Jay Hunsberger and composer James Grant at 5:00, and concert at 7:30. Whew... Masterclass tomorrow and rehearsal with the USF wind ensemble under the direction of one of my mentors, Dr. John Carmichael. Performance of the James Grant Double Concerto Tuesday night. Wednesday morning, I go to Terry Warburton's factory to redesign a new line of euphonium mouthpieces, including a new signature series for me. :-) Good stuff. I'll write more later if I have some time to...!!!
